CARE for the CATS of ASSISI: you'll get a photo!
Donation protected
- $50 pays for spaying or neutering a cat (we will send you a photo of the cat you helped!)
- $60 pays for a humane catch-and-release trap (after we take them to the vet, they roam the streets of Assisi proud and healthy!)
- $100 pays for 10 kittens to be de-wormed (we will send you cute kitten photos!)
The small Italian city of Assisi is the home of Saint Francis, patron saint of animals. There are many street cats who need to be cared for, especially spayed and neutered, de-wormed, and fed.
The city is relatively safe and the cats are happy to live outside and enjoy the attention of the many tourists and pilgrims who come to this beautiful town to pay homage to the great Saint. BUT, we need a way to keep the population under control and continue to make sure the cats stay healthy, well-fed, and warm during the cold winter.
ALL donations are used to care for cats and we can even provide a photo of the kitty you have helped and a GPS location to see where they live. So that when you come to visit, you know where to find them!
