It is with sadness I am reaching out to friends to help my friend Michael Wallett. When I think of my friend Michael, I think of a person who is happy, funny as heck, and enjoys nature. In the past few years Michael became disabled because he broke his back. Michael has been learning to live life as being disabled. The things he once enjoyed are not possible to take part in due to this injury. Things became a nightmare for Michael as he was diagnosed with Cancer 3 weeks ago. He continues to fight to have a good quality of life, however, this diagnosis has shattered him mentally, physically and spiritually. Even with insurance, cancer treatments, surgery and 170 mile round trips to Boise to the Cancer Institute is a huge burden.Watching this happen as his best friend, it is a helpless feeling not being able to help more, hence this GoFund me page.
