Care Merseyside March 50K
Join us as we MARCH 50K! This challenge asks participants to walk/ jog/ run 50,000 steps during March.
Exercise plays a vital role in our health and wellbeing and we are using this challenge to encourage an increase in physical activity levels.

Care Merseyside is a go to service to help people connect with specialist services to help manage all areas of a persons wellbeing. We also offer our own activity groups and interventions.
