Care giver help from Shari

Hi everyone! I know a lot of you have been following our story. Shari moved in with us a week ago. I'd be dishonest if I said I wasn't expecting this to be an easy task. But I realize her memory loss is far worse than I expected. Not to mention. She's struggling from anxiety and Dementia. I really believed as her primary caregiver, I would be able to still go to work. But navigating medicare and insurance, power of attorney, and all of this takes more time then expted. You can't just file a power of attorney and use it the next day.
Here's a breakdown of what it costs to help a loved one:
We financed her fifth wheel- $55k with a $6k down payment
We had to have electricity hooked up- $1200
We had to have plumbing hooked up- $3000
She needs direct tv- $100/month

I've already lost one week of work but I'm preparing to lose approximately a month to get all this navigated. I don't get paid well... But well enough to provide insurance for my family.
Until we get insurance and medicaid poa turned over to us, we can't get services which means I have to be here
We are providing food and cigarettes.
Our electric bill is probably going to double.
I am not trying to tug at heart strings here. But we need help so I can stay home till we can get all this taken care of. And If I stay home without pay, we won't be able to afford our current bills. Truthfully, I'm willing to make these sacrifices. If I have to give up my car it's not the end of the world.
But at this point I don't know what else to do besides asking for help. Even if it's only $1.
If we can pay for in home care for Shari that would be amazing. If we could get some help with recouping what we've already spent to help set her up, that would be amazing .
Maybe I'm just being greedy and selfish. I don't even know. But I just don't know what else to do at this point to make this all work.
