If I should go before the rest of you
Break not a flower
Nor inscribe a stone
Nor when I am gone
Speak in a Sunday voice
But be the usual selves
That I have known
Weep if you must
Parting is hell
But life goes on
So…sing as well
A mother. A daughter. A sister. A cousin. A friend. A lyricist. A poet.
On May 21, 2020.....we lost all of the above, unexpectedly.
She was caring. She was talented. She was bold. She was blunt. She was loved. She was our friend.
The family humbly ask that you help lay our "Princess" to rest. The remaining proceeds will go to the care of the three children (Amber, Greg, and D'niyah) she leaves behind.
My sister....the footprints you left behind are remarkable and irreplaceable.
