Hello everybody, my name is Hannah and my partner’s name is Kayla and our dog is Willow. On October 5th, Kayla and Willow were hit by a truck while crossing a crosswalk to go get breakfast. Kayla has suffered a head injury and a hip injury, and Willow has suffered a severe hip dislocation that is not staying in place. Due to this, Willow must have hip replacement surgery in Kansas City, three hours away from where we live.

My partner has lost her job due to needing to be home to take care of Willow and I have had to call off of work for an indefinite amount of time to take care of her as well as she needs two people to move her.

Between vet bills, hospital bills, and travel costs, we are very financially overwhelmed and not sure how we are going to do it all. Any help is appreciated, and thank you for reading our story.
