Toast was hospitalized on March 28th, 2026 and received a procedure for urinary crystal obstruction.

He’d been to the vet early in February of 2026 for bleeding and straining, but issues redeveloped. Early morning March 28th he was brought back in for painful straining and reoccurring issues. He was sent home after examination and ultrasound with an antibiotic, gabapentin and prescription food. He was brought to the ER later that night after a blockage, involving severe straining and pain. Fortunately the emergency team worked quickly and the procedure went well. Toast is currently home being monitored and working toward his recovery.

As the owner, I don’t have any savings left and the large emergency room bill took a hit. Any share or donation is so so appreciated. All proceeds go to Toast and the ER costs. Thank you so much ❤️
