Our little pup Samba was adopted in the Los Angeles Shelter and she has been a breath of fresh air for our family. She loves going out, getting pet, and playing with other dogs.
The unexpected happened when another dog ran into her and she was severely injured at the dog park. The initial diagnosis was a potential leg injury and infection to her leg. We have been making multiple vet visits, including procedures to get her infection drained, and multiple tests. Initially, vets mentioned the infection is the cause, but when she did not improve, the vet recommended seeing a potential specialist for an ACL surgery. She has been in pain and has been making multiple visits and taking medications, which has taken a toll on our puppy.
We decided to get a second opinion from another hospital since we lost all trust in the previous hospital. She went through multiple tests at the new location and they determined she did not need ACL surgery and it could possibly be an infection and potential tumor. Samba has gone through so much and we just want our little pup to walk again. All the procedures, medications, and vet visits have taken a hit on our finances. We would appreciate any donations and help. Thank you and love you all!
