Sabrina is 4 years old and living with FeLV. For the past 2 weeks, she has been having tooth problems and will need a cleaning and an extraction. She was prescribed an antibiotic by the vet until they can provide me a quote and schedule a cleaning. She was doing well for a week until today, Christmas Day. I took her to an emergency vet in Plainfield this morning. Because of her preexisting condition, her tooth, and not eating in over 24 hours, they recommended blood work and also an x-ray to see if anything internally is going on. The quote amount was far too much, and I sent her home with anti-nausea and pain meds. After speaking with the shelter that I got Sabrina from, I do plan to get bloodwork done and possibly the cleaning and tooth extraction on Tuesday the 30th in Collinsville, IL. But this is not gonna be a fun road for her… I just want her to be healthy and happy..

The thought of losing her is something I cannot comprehend. My cats are my life, and I would do ANYTHING for them. All the funds that I raise from this will be for Sabrina’s care and vet bills. Your kindness and generosity mean the world to me and Sabrina.
