Hi there! My name is Jenni. I am the power of attorney for my friend John Nolte. He’s a retired Police Sergeant from the Frederick City Police Department and he is also a retired District Court Commissioner in Frederick County. He has a terrible debilitating disease called Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). He is losing the ability to walk, talk, swallow, and see. There currently is no cure for this disease.

I’m fundraising money to pay for his care. His care is not covered by insurance, or Medicare, and is extremely expensive. If you’re able to donate, every bit really helps and is very much appreciated.
