Care for Lady Nouria

Asalaam Aleykum (Greetings of Peace be upon you),

Our sister, Nouria Bouteillier, had surgery for colorectal cancer on April 22. She came home from the hospital much weaker than anticipated.

Although very grateful to be at home, she can do little for herself. Because of Covid 19, her current high risk state and all necessary precautionary measures, she is isolated from those who want to help her.

She needs a caregiver now.

Her surgery was successful. On April 25, the surgeon informed Nouria that lab results from the surgery had come in and indicated that cancer was found in the lymph nodes surrounding the tumor. This means more treatment will be required and he mentioned chemo/radiation therapy.

Nouria has been buoyed by your prayers for her and appreciates their power during this blessed month of Ramadan. She is also in need of your financial support to ease her road to recovery.
