Our hearts are heavy right now. Garfield broke his leg on Sunday, 1/11/26, and underwent surgery on 1/16/26.

The vet bills for his care and recovery have been overwhelming — we’ve already paid over $6,000, with more costs still to come for follow-up visits, medications and physical therapy.

He’s not just our cat — he’s family — and seeing him in pain has been incredibly difficult.
