This is Elizabeth "Lil Bit". She is my best friends first grand child. Elizabeth and her mom have been having a tough time. Elizabeth's mom is Destiny.

Elizabeth was born the end of July. We all couldn't wait to meet her. She was 5 pounds at birth. Today she weighs 9 pounds 7 ounces. The problem is, she should be about 15 pounds.

Over the last few months Elizabeth has spent many days at the children's hospital in Colorado Springs. The doctors are still trying to figure things out. As of today she will have an NG feeding tube placed and will receive her nutrition this way.

The problem is, Destiny is a single mom, who busts her butt to make ends meet. Between travel and having to stay at the hospital and pay for meals she is struggling.
