My name is Iyanna Burchell. I am creating this Gofund me for my Aunt Diann McNeil. On January 3rd, 2026, our family’s lives changed forever when Diann suffered a stroke and was hospitalized just days after we were together celebrating the new year as a family, moments we now hold even closer to our hearts.

Diann is a strong hard-working woman who has spent her life providing and caring for others. She is a single mother to her only child Darryl and has always put her family first.

The stroke has significantly affected Diann’s mobility and speech. She is no longer able to move around or work as she did before, due to the stroke she is currently unable to return to work, creating an unexpected financial strain during an overwhelming time.

Diann has always been loving, caring and family oriented the person everyone could depend on when they needed help. Now we are asking for support to help her focus on healing and recovery without the added burden of financial stress.

We are raising funds to help cover medical and hospital expenses, rehabilitation, therapy and follow up care, along with living expenses when she returns home.
