I'm Beverly. I'm making this post for my friend Darrell and his two young adult autistic kids. They were recently staying in Michigan with their mother for a few months. While in her care, she passed away unexpectedly from natural causes. An emergency trip from Pittsburgh to Michigan had to be made to bring them back home to Pittsburgh. At this moment, Darrell and the boys are financially facing hardship until he gets their SSI and health insurance benefits switched over to this state.

It is imperative for everyone to understand that one of the boys cannot comprehend death & the amount of consistency they need with extra care right now despite their older ages. This was not something their father was given ample time to plan for financially.

We are asking that people contribute what they can, even if is a seemingly insignificant amount, it will all add up to help cover their basic needs & comforts.
