I am reaching out on behalf of my dad, Roger, who has been diagnosed with an irreversible memory disorder that has left him unable to recall where he is or even the present year. He spent over 2 months in a hospital and was just recently moved to a care facility where he will need to remain indefinitely. This neurological disorder leaves him unable to work for the rest of his life, and he will need ongoing support.

On top of his recent diagnosis, Roger had a difficult year with the loss of his brother, and has fallen on hard times financially so any donation for his long term care is much appreciated.
