Hello Everyone, name is Courtney, and my family back home is in a situation that i am not able to go back home and help handle. My mother has not been working, (well not been able to work), due to a surgery on her knee, plus recovery time. She’s extremely behind on bills, considering the fact that she’s been out of work since April and she did not get approved for disability until last month. They’re on the verge of getting evicted, and when i say they i mean my mother, sister and Aunt. Also recently, my mother has gotten diagnosed with spondylolisthesis with severe spinal stenosis. Spondylolisthesis basically is a disc that has slipped and misplaced itself, and that can cause nerve damage, which is something she has been suffering with. She now needs to go back and get surgery for that as well. She has an ultrasound scheduled for January 6th, her doctor wants to check one more thing before scheduling her surgery. Her follow up doctor appointment is on January 12th which she will be given the date of her surgery.
