My dogs, Cocoa and Rusty, were viciously attacked by a much larger dog. Both of them suffered multiple bites and needed emergency surgery at a 24-hour vet. Cocoa now has three drains, and Rusty has two, and they both require a lot of medication and ongoing follow-up visits to their regular vet. The experience has been traumatic for all of us, and seeing them in pain has been heartbreaking.

The cost of their care has been a huge financial strain, especially since this was a completely unexpected expense on top of my regular bills. I want to do everything I can to help Cocoa and Rusty heal, but I can't do it alone.
