Hi my name is Ariel and I’m raising money for my miniature pincher named Bonnie.

As of recent she’s gotten really sick. Her veterinary bills have quickly become more than my family can keep up with, and I’m asking for help because I just want to make sure Bonnie gets the care she needs.

Bonnie is only 6 years old, and I’ve had her since I was in 7th grade. She isn’t just my dog. She is my best friend and such a huge part of my life. She is genuinely one of the sweetest dogs anyone could ever meet. She’s incredibly loving and has always been there for me through so many moments in my life especially the hard ones. She’s always there when I am in need and I want to be able to do the same for her.

Watching her go through this sickness for the past week or so has been breaking my heart. I want to able to do more to help her get through this.

Our family has also been going through some really rough times. My mom has recently been recovering from two different cancers and major surgeries, and we are doing everything we can to get through this difficult chapter. With everything going on, Bonnie becoming this sick has been incredibly overwhelming for our family.

Right now, Bonnie is dealing with several serious health problems. Her veterinarian has told us that she has:

• An infection in her blood

• Internal bleeding

• Pancreatitis, which she was recently treated for

• Anemia because she has been struggling to eat hard foods

• A fever that has developed more recently

Her veterinarian has recommended that Bonnie see a specialist and have an ultrasound to help determine what is causing all of this and figure out the best treatment for her.

I feel completely helpless watching Bonnie get sicker while knowing that the care she needs is expensive. I normally wouldn’t ask people for help, but this is my best friend. I love her more than I can explain, and I just want the chance to see her healthy, happy, and acting like herself again.

Time is incredibly important right now. We don’t have much of it to spare, and every minute and every day matters when it comes to getting Bonnie the care she needs. We just want to give her every possible chance to get better and come home happy and healthy again.
