The most devastating thing possible to happen to a pet owner happened to me this week. Angie begin experiencing nausea, loss of appetite and stopped drinking water, and became extremely lethargic. We rushed her to the emergency vet where they found out she has an obstructed intestine, and needed an exploritory surgery. As I am typing this, she is in surgery to figure out what is exactly inside of her. The total ESTIMATE given is roughly $8,000, while not even including the $900 a night stay she might have after the surgery. For now, we are more worried about the estimated cost they have given us, and will update this if we get charged more for each night she might have to stay.

Unfortunately, I only get paid minimum wage and my spouse is a full time college student. We already have maxed out our emergency credit card with just the first night and deposit. We would really love and appreciate your guys help in any way possible, whether that be donating or spreading this message around. I always hated asking others for help, but my Angie means the world to me, and I want to give her the best options possible to keep her healthy. My goal for after her surgery is to research the best Vet Insurances so something like this is preventable in the future, but for now, please, help me cover my babies medical costs or spread the word.
