I have been diagnosed with end-stage renal failure, and was recently released from the hospital after suffering near-fatal complications from my long-standing kidney disease. While in the hospital, it was determined that I now need to have dialysis three days a week to stay alive, and I have also been placed on a waiting list for a new kidney. In addition, Danny Rivera (DJ Enjetic) was recently involved in a car accident in which he injured his head and suffered a concussion. He, too, was recently released from the hospital.

With skyrocketing medical bills, we have been finding it difficult to keep up with our monthly payments at this time. In addition, I have had to drastically reduce my hours working in medical transport.
