Care for a Eritrean Mom Battling Cancer

I'm a single mom with my two young children living in Eritrea who are fully under my care. Recently, I was diagnosed with cancer. My doctors in the U.S. have required me to have a caregiver with me 24/7 for three months to take the medication, but finding one here is incredibly challenging and costly.
