Care and Recovery for Jenny Love

This is a fundraiser for Jenny Love, who on Tuesday, May 1st was hit by a car that mounted the sidewalk. She sustained a fractured spine and broken knee, as well as many bruises and emotional trauma.
Jenny is still in the hospital as of Thursday and will be having surgery, and is estimated to remain in hospital for some time. She will continue to need physical therapy and in home help while she recovers.
The circumstances of the accident are somewhat unclear and are still under investigation by the Marin police department and the drivers insurance company.
Jenny has been a tireless and selfless caregiver both professionally and to friends, in fact that is what she was doing when she was hit. Now it is her that needs our care. She will likely not be able to resume working in this field.
This is a completely unexpected tragedy that unfortunately will make a massive financial impact on us. Jenny will need help with rent and living costs, medical expenses and in home help. Anything you can do to help lighten this burden is so appreciated.
The good news is, once she is fully recovered there should be no reason she can't keep playing her drum!
