My name is Breuna, and I’m reaching out to you during one of the most difficult times in my life. My mom, Katrina Page, has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, and it has been an incredibly tough journey for our family. As we’ve tried to navigate her treatment and care, the toll it has taken on her health and our daily lives has been overwhelming.

Due to her condition, my mom is no longer able to do many of the things she once did for herself and for our family. As a result, we’ve made the decision to bring in a private duty nurse to provide her with the one-on-one care she desperately needs. Unfortunately, this expense is not covered by insurance, and it’s been a challenge for my dad and me to manage it on top of the emotional and physical toll it has taken on all of us.

We want to ensure that my mom is as comfortable and cared for as possible during this time, and having a nurse who can offer her the attention she deserves is one of the only ways we can make that happen. We are hoping to raise $20,000 to cover these out-of-pocket medical costs and any additional support she may need along the way.
