Care and burial expenses

My wife of 21 years is dying! In 2015 she was diagnosed with lung cancer, and started on a Radiation and Chemo to kill the cancer.  And it worked, the cancer is dead and all that's left is scar tissue.  But the Chemo also destroyed all the stem cells in her bone marrow.  Those stem cells are the producers of red and white blood cells that are distributed throughout the body.  Any illness that my wife incurs, gets fought off by white blood cells.
The average human naturally has about 2000 white blood cells regularly on duty and fighting off any disease or infection. At 8:30 this morning, my wife's white blood cell count was 0000.6, and she has pneumonia in one lung. And she is not expected to survive the weekend if her white blood cell count doesn't rise.
We are in need of some help. You see, I was 54 when my wife and I married, and she was 46.  I'm now 75 and she's 57 and I'm supposed to die before her, if things went as expected.  I spent all my early years looking from one partner to another looking for that spark that says, this is your life long companion.  In Linda I found everything I'd ever wanted, I think she felt the same, because she just lights up when we're together.
We've emptied our savings to pay all the co-pays that Dr.'s and hospitals have billed us for.  And now when she dies, we have no money left to bury her, and there will still be some bills that will be coming in from her medical treatment. And the cost of the funeral expenses are going to not get done, because we have no savings left, and the funeral homes won't wait for their money. The funeral home wants about $4000. just to prep her for burial and casket.  We have a plot next to her dad that's paid for, but it's 90 miles away and the funeral home wants another $1000. to make the trip to and from the burial site. All the rest goes to paying off all the co-pays that will be hitting me quick and hard.
I'm not one to ask for help very often, and I'll go out of my way to help anyone if I'm physically able.  But I'm here asking total strangers to help us as quickly as you can, because it's all happening way to fast.  The urgency is real and desperate.  Social Security doesn't go far when there's a home payment, food and medical care for my sister-in-law that Linda and I care for.   Help if you can, and thank you
