Dear Cardinal Restaurant neighbors and supporters,
Due to the most recent restaurant shutdown in Minnesota, our Cardinal Restaurant and Bar employees have limited working hours—if any hours at all! We don’t want to lose our long-term employees to new jobs. We need help to stay open so we can keep them on the payroll. All donations will go directly toward our employee payroll.

On August 15, 1983 Martin and Betty Casey bought the Cardinal Restaurant in Minneapolis. Their goal was to be known as the favorite neighborhood place for friends and families to gather for miles around. Over the years, with the help of our loyal staff and all of our wonderful customers, we have strived to achieve that goal with much success. The Cardinal Restaurant and Bar is proud to have served over four generations of families. It has been exciting watching the children mature into adults and welcome their new families into our "Cardinal family."
