MEDSERVE Wales is a charitable organisation composed of volunteer immediate care practitioners who provide enhanced medical care around the clock to the people of Wales. Established in 1994, their team includes volunteer doctors, nurses, and paramedics with advanced clinical skills and training in immediate medical care. They collaborate with various emergency services including the Welsh Ambulance Service and NHS and assist in promoting the efficiency of other emergency services.

The charity operates with both solo responders who can attend incidents independently, and teams that provide enhanced care to seriously ill and injured patients.
