Fix 3 year old Dani's heart

My friend Jamie's daughter, Dani, will be having cardiac surgery.

When Dani was 5 weeks old, the doctors detected a heart murmur. A while later, Dani was diagnosed with Pulmonary Valvular Stenosis and ASD (which is a hole between the top 2 chambers of her heart). Then, she was found to have an hourglass deformity above the Pulmonary valve. This has caused the right side of her heart to become enlarged....

Initially, doctors wanted to wait until she was older and at least 40 pounds. At her last doctor's visit, an echocardiogram confirmed that the hourglass deformity was "growing with her," sadly, the ASD is putting way more strain on her heart than they are comfortable with. So, waiting is no longer an option......

On February 9, 2017, 3 year old Dani will undergo cardiac surgery to repair the ASD. Out of pocket costs are estimated to be around $5000. Under normal circumstances, this would not be an issue. However; this past summer, Dani's father was laid off. He has since found another job- but being out of work for 2 months took its toll. They are still in the catch-up phase. So, this will cause a huge financial strain- as one can imagine.

Any help would relieve some of this burden.  No donation is too small....
