Dear friends,

After much intuition, thought, and loving care with amazing human of a husband, I've decided it's time for me to go on a silent retreat for one full year. It will be a gift for my family, to myself, to all those who I teach in the years to come. The cost of the retreat is over $10,000, plus the cost of food. The retreat starts on October 2nd, 2020. I feel grateful to have so many incredible people in my life, and I hope that one day I can pay forward whatever you are able to offer to support this epic endeavor into this heart and mind.
