Our Sweet Cara passed away on Fri. May 10 after fighting Huntington's Disease for 15 years. The disease impacted Cara daily but it could never take her loving and gentle soul. Cara's joy for family, the Cleveland Indians, nature, and animals will never be forgotten. As we celebrate her life, let us show our love and support for the Prokop family that is still impacted by Huntington's Disease and are mourning their beloved daughter and sister.
