Cara went into hospital back at the beginning of August with pancreatitis. Cara got progressively worse and was moved to a different hospital. She suffered sepsis, a ruptured pancreas and kidney failure. After being told we should say goodbye, Cara started showing promising signs, even started walking again. However this was short lived.

On the 31st October 2020, Cara Louise Nimmo unfortunately passed away after a 3 month long battle in hospital. Cara was just 22. The funds from this fundraiser will go towards her funeral arrangements. Cara was an amazing daughter, sister, mother, fiancee and friend. Her life was cut too short. She will live on in everyone she knew.
