Car stolen by 5 kids and crashed into a Jersey wall

Donation protected
5 cowardly little boys aged all the way down to 10 stole my car on Friday, April 25 FROM RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY HOME!!

Coincidentally this was the 3rd Hyundai they stole over a 3 day span, each time leaving the last one running (but taking the screwdriver out to steal the next car causing the car to be left running and unable to be turned off with out tools) next to the spot the new car was being taken from. 2 of the 3 locked with alarms and wheel locks (Clubs) on. The ONLY THING left behind was the lock from my driver door. I was convinced that in 24 hrs I would get my car back like the other two ladies… they put out a city wide apb for the car and it was rather distinct because I had just purchased all the parts needed from the last time my car had attempted to have been stolen one of which included (the alternator, battery, ignition, tire, door lock, door handle, door handle cover, fog lights, bumper clips, the bumper, cables, a brand new battery start pack) and the bumper had just been on for about 4 weeks and the fog lights were on back order so they were not put in yet so it looked like two eye holes … and I hadn’t had it spray painted white yet - this made it easy to spot… About 5 hours after the theft occurred I received a call that the police spotted the 5 boys riding in the car and decided to evidently pull a pit move to hit the car to stop it.

I was told by my insurance even though the person who took my claim told me that I would be covered by the “Uninsured Motorist and Bodily Injury Property Damage” Clause and had me write it down so I had the information correct- under that clause states “Damage to a vehicle” outside of just meaning another person hitting it with another car.

Its so unfair that I work hard for the little bit I have and there is no recourse when I am violated and someone else helps themselves to taking and smashing up my only car.

I am a hard working woman and would NEVER have done this unless it was out of sheer dire necessity and cannot believe I even typed this up. I thank anyone who actually read all the way to the end for the consideration and I appreciate any and all humanity shown.
