I’m asking for help as I deal with a prostate cancer diagnosis while also living with PML, which I have had since April 15, 2007. On top of these health challenges, I cannot drive right now, and it has made everyday life even harder to manage.

Right now, I need help paying the personal property taxes on my car. My tags expire in November, and my car will be towed in November if the taxes are not paid. Living in Alexandria, VA, this is an urgent need for me because I am already trying to handle serious medical issues at the same time.
