Each day I’m getting better through all the prayers! I still have a long road ahead of me.

Hello Family and friends,

This is Charles. As most of you are aware on March 2, 2023, I was shot 7 times working at Shoppers Food Warehouse in Capitol Heights, MD. I been working for Shoppers part time almost 15 years and never experience anyone attempting to rob the store or shoot me. However, the night of March 2, it have and it will always change my life. Truthfully, this has been the worst experience I have encountered. I was in the hospital for 6 days, I had surgery on both elbows, test after test and multiple visits to the doctor. With all of this, I’m not able work for a while. This means no income right now, although my bills still due. Everyone who knows me that I don’t ask for help and I’ve always worked no matter what. Right now, everything is a waiting process far as workers compensation. This is very frustrating! I know my life is a miracle! Jesus spared my life for a reason. However, I am asking for donations to pay my rent, car notes and my daily necessities. No donation is too small.
