Car maintenance and bills while fighting leukemia

Hi my name is Leslie, I just found out March 1st that I have Leukemia and I’m raising funds to help me pay bills and to help with car maintenance like new tires, tuneup, keep gas in the gas tank. I’ve been at UC San Francisco for a month now fighting Leukemia and as I’m getting to go home tomorrow I will still have appointments in both Fresno and San Francisco. I’ll be staying with my close friend for a little while and she lives about 45 minutes away from town so I definitely need at least 2 new tires, she needs a tuneup and just need to make sure I always have gas in it. As it is I already have an appointment in town on Tuesday. Then there’s the trips back to UCSF for chemo treatments and bone marrow biopsy, I’m not planning on driving myself but would love to have gas money to give for driving me.

This all happened so fast, one day I’m working and the next I’m having to say goodbye to my baby boy so I can come to the hospital for a month, when I go home I’ll actually be staying with my good friend who’s been taking care of Malachai. I’ll be staying with her so she can help me out as I really have no idea what the next few months are going to look like. She’s amazing and I’m so grateful for her! I’m not fully moving in with her though and I am keeping my apartment so when the day comes me and my little man Malachai have our home to go to
