Hoping to rise 1.400 To fix my Car from Tornado

Hi, my name is James Diaz me and my dad was hit by the Crystal River tornado. It tore through our apartments and a tree landed on my car. Me and my dad are on disability with medical issues. We now don’t have a car to make sure we are able to get to doctors and to get every day needs to get around. This is so terrifying to me and my dad having a vehicle is so important without it. We are stuck not able to do anything. Please help we don’t know what else to do.
