Car fund for Debbie & Dylan

Debbie is a dear friend who has raised her autistic adult son on her own for over 30 years. They are on an extremely tight budget and their current transportation is an unsafe van with over 300,000+ miles on it. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, a vehicle is not in the budget.
