Car For Roger Hacker 79 years old

I am Rogers Landlord and neighbour,  
Roger is 79 years old and his dog was in a car accident when a van pulled out on HWY 15 T Boned his car, he had just spent the rest of his savings to repair the car, he lives in Portland where there is
No Public Transportation., he need a car to ge to medical appointments. He had purchased this vehicle a few years back , that had very little miles on it at a very good price, book value will not even replace the car. 
Roger is the kindest person . He needs help badly. Please find it in your heart to donate for the purchase of a new vehicle which can get him around safely, or if someone has a car to donate this would also be very generous
