car for a clown

hi, im omi. most probably know me as queery, or that-clown-on-k-street. ive been busking as a clown in sacramento for a couple of months now. this friday night while working, my car got stolen. my dear 90's subaru was how i got to work, how i travelled to visit friends and explore new cities to busk. its heartbreaking to have lost the thing that gave me so much access and comfort. police are notified and on the lookout, but nothing has come up yet. writing this feels like admitting defeat in the search, but reality moves forward, and i can't wait around on a wish. so here i am, asking for my community to help me buy a new car so i can proceed with my art and life. i adored my old car, and am looking to get something similar to it, an older subaru (90s-00s) that is manual and hatchback. searching craigslist, the price range is around 4,000 to buy something similar. having been through purchasing old used cars before, i know there is usually some maintenance to do on my end so ive added that anticipated cost. and whoever is the kind individual willing to drive me a couple of hours away for a purchase, least i can do is fill their tank and get them a nice lunch.
