Emergency Survival Funds

I have come to the point where I need help in any way I can get it. I am the main source of income in my home and take care of my mother aside from working full time.

A month ago I had to get the roof of my house replaced as it was leaking heavily, the roofer was kind enough to let me pay over time.

This was before the main sewer pipe backed up last week and forced me to spend what was saved for the roof.

Now our only car has started to have issues that prevent us from driving it safely and until we fix it I am forced to use Uber.

Between the normal bills and the fact it is only myself funding everything from the power to food, I cannot safely save to pay for even the needed repairs without having to sacrifice an essential such as power or food.

At this point all funds would be used to first pay for car and the rest for the roof. We have to take the car to a mechanic to get a full quote, and the roofer is still owed $2500.

As payments to these are made I will post them or the recipts. The roofer is being payed through Zelle as otherwise a full payment would have had to be made at time of repair, for that I will post screenshots of the payments .

Any leftover money I will put towards food and bills to ensure mainly mom and secondly myself are taken care of.
