Car accident relief for Monica!

Monica isn't one to ask for a lot of help, but she deserves it! My sister Monica was recently run off the road by a semi causing her car to roll multiple times. Miraculously she didn't suffer any major injuries, just very banged up and sore with a bruised lung. Since the semi just kept driving and she only had liability insurance she is left without a car. While still trying to pay off school debt she doesn't have the extra funds right now. Any help to get her rolling again in a reliable car would be appreciated!
