Alex Camargo Car Accident

Hello everyone, I'll get straight to it.  This last Monday Oct. 26th, I was on my way back from helping my step-sister move some items with my pickup truck, when I was rear ended by an intoxicated driver while at a stop light. The driver hit me at approx 45 mph, and rammed directly into the frame/chassis of my pickup that folded up my pickup bed into the cab of my truck.  The surge of vibration from the impact caused a variety of things to break inside, and on the front of the vehicle...I thank God I didn't have my puppy in the back this time.  The impact caused a herniated disk in my lower back and whiplash on my upper back and neck.  I'm thankful to be alive.  The other driver miraculously walked away with no injuries, which is a good thing, however, their insurance can't cover nearly all the costs on my end.
Thus, I'm writing to you all because I need help.  I'm out of money, with no medical insurance, traumatized, and need financial aid to help me get back on my feet.  The donated money would go toward my medical bills and toward a new pickup truck.
As many of you know, I don't usually ask for help from people, but I've hit a bottom and I need help to get out.
