My name is Kristin Johnson and I'm on a mission to spread joy to the wonderful moms and children at a homeless shelter in Chicago. Every month, I have the privilege of hosting birthday parties for these incredible kids, and the highlight of each celebration is capturing their smiles with Polaroid cameras.
