Hi my Name is Naomi Haney. I am one of the trainers at Magnolia Run Equestrian Center. I am raising money to support A Chance of Sunshine Farm with their adoption of Captain. A sanctuary that Over the last few years have adopted and taken in over 25 animals.

Why I'm fundraising

A very special lesson horse has reached the time in his life for him to retire. He has given all of his golden years to teaching equestrians young and old! He has given more to us than we can ever repay. When we knew it was going to be time for Captain to retire the first thing that came to my mind, was A Chance of Sunshine Farm. Never have I met a family, so passionate and caring to animals. Not just fun cute fluffy young animals. In fact, most of the animals that they have are simply spending the end of their life with them. And a life filled with love, children, grooming, all the extra hay and endless compassion. The only way that I can imagine Captain deserving to have his final years. When I reached out to Andrea, A Chance of Sunshine Farms , fearless leader. One of the first things that she said to me was, I will make this happen even if I have to get a second job. What I would like to accomplish with this fundraiser is to help support Captain and his upcoming sanctuary by setting them up with a small cushion to make sure that the stress of adding another senior her horse to their heard is not to financially stressful.
