We are extremely saddened by the loss of an incredible fighter, Dominic, whose endless smile made everyone’s day.  Dom’s family made huge sacrifices over the past years to give him the best life.  His family flew him internationally to find the best therapies, education, and support, giving him just one of his many nicknames: "Mr. Worldwide" (a Pitbull reference - Dom's favorite).  On occasion, Dom even got to co-captain a flight or two, sitting in the cockpit - something he absolutely loved.  Along their journey, Nicole, Anthony, and Dom's two younger brothers gave many other families inspiration and encouragement to keep fighting.  We'd like to show the Khourys our support, both emotionally and financially.  Every little bit will help the family with memorial services and any associated costs.  Any messages, if you choose to leave one, will be compiled and given to Dom's family. 

Dominic, "Dom-man", you will forever be in our memories and our hearts!  Fly high, Captain Dom.
