Captain Majj Zazen Hip repair Fund

Hi, my name is Gillie, and I am fundraising for my fellow sailor and dear friend Majj Zazen who needs some urgent medical treatment to save his leg.

He has been sailing on his boat Zazen for over 30 years, but recently got an infection in his bone, where his prosthetic hip replacement is secured. This is very serious, and he now has to leave his boat and go to a specialist surgeon in Chang Mai at the University Hospital there, where they will remove the prosthetic, replace it with a temporary prosthetic with some strong antibiotics to clear the bone infection and after about 5 months, will replace with a brand new permanent prosthetic.

Once the infection is gone and the new prosthetic is in place, Majj will need some long term physiotherapy, to rebuild the muscles in the thigh and leg. He will then know how he is placed to either return to his beloved Zazen, or make a new plan for a new place to live.
