Captain Kenneth Cherry was a dynamic, active, and driven Air Force officer who is remembered fondly for his sense of humor, high intelligence and magnetic personality. Captain Cherry attended Scripps Ranch High School, San Diego State University, and served in the Air Force for six years.

For the third year, Ken’s family and friends, joined by the 935th alumni, would like to honor his spirit of adventure by collectively donating three $1,000 scholarships for graduating 935th AFJROTC seniors to attend post secondary educations and training.
