Devoted Dad and Boat Captain Joe Turi was tragically killed in a recent boat accident . He leaves behind his wife Lisa and 14 year old daughter Samantha .   This fund is to help Samanta aquire  funds for her future college education .   Joe was working several jobs at the time of his passing to provide for his family .
