Capital Ring Walk for Dementia UK

This year my annual charity walk for Dementia UK will be around London's capital via the Capital ring walk. 80 miles in 4/5 days in early June. This one I'm going to attempt while working starting early each day and walking into the evenings. Another change is that my pack will have to be lighter as my arthritis has progressed and will eventually need 1.5 new knees! I blame all the walking :-)
