Church Two42 was established at the end of 2014 by group of young men and women who felt the Lord urging
them to establish a genuine Acts 2 community that shares the Truth of the scriptures; helps people find and live
out their Identity, build relationships that feel like Family, and follow the leading of the Spirit in every area of
their life. Our church started at Alta Loma Junior High and has been portable for the last 5 years. When Covid hit,
large group gatherings halted. No facilities were renting to large groups and that is still the case to this day. So,
Pastor Craig, our senior pastor, and his family opened their home for the last year. The garage and driveway turned
into our video studio and sanctuary for services, while every open space inside of their home morphs itself into our
children's classes every Sunday. The garage and driveway also serve as the gathering place for our student ministry
on Tuesdays and Wednesdays nights. Still needing more room for what the Lord is doing. Those in our church
opened up their homes to gather and watch online. One of the homes literally knocked down a room and two walls
to create an open area in their house for the church to gather on Sundays, and provide a space for small groups and
church events that meet throughout the month. However, the church is still growing, and the driveway and houses
can no longer sustain everyone that attends weekly. Our event houses have also hit their capacity and are
struggling to hold the amount of people showing up to all of the church gatherings and events.
As Covid slows down (Thank you Jesus), people are eager to return to church. Which means more people are
showing up and the need for a building is evident. That’s when, out of the blue, this opportunity showed up. A
week into February, the property you see above was presented to us. After many applications, conversations,
negotiations and face on the ground praying. We realize the miracle, and move of God that needs to take place to
obtain this property, is to raise $400,000 in the next couple of months. This allows us to put a down payment for
the lenders and have enough left over to start construction on the building. The conditional use permit and the
blueprints for the build have already been drawn up and approved by the city. It is just waiting for Gods people
to move in and start ministry! We know this move of God will need the big “C” Church coming together. That’s
why we are reaching out to our church family. We cannot wait to share the testimony of what God does in this.
